No Gambling Advice

All predictions and analyses are generated by statistical models and do not constitute gambling advice. We make no guarantees of accuracy or profitability. You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make. Bet responsibly. If gambling is a problem, seek help (call 1800 858 858 in Australia).

Subscriptions & Billing

• Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled.
• Yearly plans renew automatically each year until cancelled.
• Existing lifetime access remains valid with no expiry.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us to request one.

Acceptable Use

• Do not share your account or redistribute premium content.
• Do not scrape, resell, or use the data for commercial purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the prediction models.

Limitation of Liability

OCTA IQ is provided "as is". We are not liable for any losses arising from the use of our predictions, including financial losses from betting activity.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
